I have the honor to acknowledge your Despatch No. 8 of 20th January last, announcing the death of Mr. Thompson Bailiff of the Summary Jurisdiction Court, and to report that I have appointed Mr. Avetoom to the post this vacated. Mr. Avetoom has been holding the acting appointment since Mr. Thompson's decease.
