"Silver" Medal was
awarded - still, no medal has
been sent out for the past
year
as
anticipated and in
accordance with the Rules so
that
on
receipt of this
year's
subscription, two medals will
be due viz for 1863 and 1864
Under these circumstances as
I believe
for last
year
medal was applied
I trust Sir Hercules
Robinson will kindly
cause the
necessary
communication to be made on
the subject.
