Sam disseted. by the Duke of Newcastle to transmit to you the copy of a despatch from the Acting Governor of Hongkong enclosing a Bill of Exchange for £450 in favor of the Crown Agents in repayment of the sum of $1800 advanced for the expenses of the Emigration Agency during the month of Dec. last.
I am desired by His Grace to instruct you to place the amount to the credit of the Govt of Hongkong.
