PARTICULARS LABOUR MATERIALS TO BE PURCHASED MATERIALS TO BE ISSUED FROM STORES PORTION OF WORK TO BE PERFORMED BY CONTRACT TOTAL This Estimate is to provide for planting the hill slope at the back of the Town and the various roads with Fir and Banian Trees, not only for ornament but also for sanitary purposes. The manner in which the Trees have hitherto thrived is an encouragement to take still more trouble in their extension and it is proposed to expend double the amount sanctioned last year.
