Item 41. Provides for the formation of the Praya Tower Bazaar in front of a Section of M. Lot N.3, it commences from the edge of the Section 6 to Bonham Strand Causeway and extends to the rear thereof to the Praya of lower Bazaar near the Water Police Boat Station, then continues being in conjunction with the Tenants of Mr. Lotos-formers 80 to 89 inclusive, she having partially built on their portion at different periods and by different contractors, has caused the whole order to be impossible for me to approve of it. The Tenants arranged to rebuild the whole line under one contract, this work having to be done according to their rates in common accord.
Item 5. Mr. Borington's portion of the Praya has been formed at such a low level that it necessitates raising it by two feet over a length of 300 feet, the coping stones will be re-laid and the line finishes with a parapet.
