PLAN OR DESCRIPTION.

In consequence of the works in connection with the Bridges authorized under Report 36f 1863 having not been commenced; the services to be performed by Contractors and partly by Government Labourers. I have been unable to proceed with the Estimate accordingly. They are brought forward for sanction in this year's accounts.

The Tenants immediately adjoining have agreed with me to supply stone &c @ £30 for 108 Course of arches @ £2 for 250@12 and as the Western Nullah is to be lined this year, within £360 @ £30 over who makes 56ft lin: ...

That the whole of the works, West End of Victoria termination of the year 1864 may be completed, for adding to the above, two other Beinn raffolding the Eastern Road, to provide for uncentres required for the efficient discharge of flood water and silt in the vicinity having accumulated to the declivities formerly existing sufficient. To correct this I have changed to form double waterway of 6 feet with a pier of 8 feet to 12 feet degree.
