referred to
in the Ordinance at the uniform

to be fixed by His Excellency the
Governor
or
Acting Governor.
The date from
and after which
this Ordinance will come into
operation has already by His Excellency's Proclamation been published in the Hongkong Gazette of the 25th Instant and
fixed to be the 16th of February
next
