less all the parties subscribe a Bond, that they will abide by the decision of the Committee, Printed Forms of such Bonds, legally prepared, shall be kept for the information of Members who may have occasion to resort to the Chamber

Printed forms of such Bonds legally prepared, shall be kept for the information of Members who may have occasion to resort to the Chamber for Arbitration: and should the dispute relate to a sum of money, the whole, or any part thereof that the Committee may desire, shall be paid into the Oriental Bank, subject to the order of the Committee, before they undertake to investigate the case. And the Committee shall not arbitrate upon nor take cognizance of any dispute whatever, unless one of the parties interested therein be a Member of the Chamber.
