4. A pension eventually, with the additional five years' rating allowed Puisne Judge, and the Colonial
Chaplain.
5. Full Salary from the date of his coming
under work in this Colony.
6. In the event of the link being given up before he would be entitled
to a pension, to receive
free passage home for himself and family
and his full Salary for
a year after his arrival in England.
