I am directed by H.E. the Governor to instruct you to convey to Mr. Robert Bourke the Inner Temple his acknowledgment of the valuable assistance rendered by him in connection with the draft Bankruptcy Ordinance for the Colony.

And add that Mr. Bourke with the consent of the Governor has been paid 100 guineas by the Acting Attorney General from Colony funds as a remuneration for his labors in connection with this important subject.
