Governor of Macao
has been authorized to (F.O. 17/224). When
granting permits for
the
exportation of
Arms to
Applicants proved to be
authorized on behalf
of the Imperial Government of China. It is therefore possible for persons
having guns in Hong Kong
to sell them to the Chinese
Government. If
you
wish to know
whether
any
similar
relaxation has been
made at
Singapore
your proper Course will be to apply to the India Office.
If you desire any
further relaxation
