With reference to my despatch No. 99, dated the 27th July, I have to inform the Macdonators.
That I have granted to F. J. Hazelland, Crown Solicitor of Hong Kong, three months' extension, on half pay, of his leave of absence from the Colony.
I enclose a copy of the Medical Certificate on which I granted this indulgence.
