Please do me the favor to transmit that His Excellency desires me to point out that it is not possible to forward this letter by the outgoing Mail owing to its having been sent in at so late an hour, but that leaving in by the mail on the 15th November, His Excellency will transmit it to His Grace the Duke of Newcastle.

I am also to call your attention to an error in the copy of your letter No:55 of 13th Instant, wherein the words "did not emanate" were written, while in the original the words are "did emanate".
