The Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty Treasury have had before them your
letter of
the 2nd Instant, and its Enclosures,
stating that an additional Expenditure,
amounting to £3587-15-0 had been incurred at Hongkong for fittings to the Boat "Royal Saxon", for the Salary of a surgeon, and for compensation to Squatters on Stonecutters Island; Their Lordships desire me to acquaint
