Estimates, of the amount to be expended on services for which during each year special Ordinances have been passed, and as regards the insertion, in the annual Estimates of Receipts and Payments from the candidates for examination on account of fees taken of Masters and Mates, and fees to be paid to the Examiners, under Adminie to 17 of 1860-2017.
My Lords would wish to be furnished with that the Governor may have any observations to make whom the then prompts to which attention is drawn by the Commissioners of Audit;
I am further desired to transmit the cvetted statement of expenditure in excess of the estimate and to request to be favoured with His Grace's opinion whether the charges may be allowed.
