from the Acting Governor of Hongkong,
with the Report a Colonate No. 17 of 1863
for Miscellaneous Works amounting
$2,500 which has already
been sanctioned by
this Board, I am desired
by the Lords Commissioners of
Her Majesty's Treasury to transmit, for the information of the Duke of Newcastle,
a copy of a Report dated the 20th instant from the Commissioners
of Audit relating to
the subject in question.
