The Duke of Newcastle to inform Your Lordship with reference to my letter of the instant, that Commissioners of the Treasury have signified their approval of the proposed fee of 100 guineas as remuneration to Robert Lefland Bourke for his services in drafting & bankrupting ordinance for the Colony brought into conformity with the law of Hong Kong Law.
