on the subject of certain property at Hongkong stated to have been forfeited to the Crown,
on the conviction of William Kent Stanford for felony, and I am directed by this Board to
state, for the information of the Earl of Carnarvon that they
are advised that the only forfeiture
that has occurred is that of the
property of the felon to which he is
entitled in his own right.
