& For opinion that the amount paid for the conveyance of the Master and Seamen, viz $8500 can alone be repaid by the Board of Trade as sums expended for Emigrants cannot properly be charged to the Vote for relief of distressed seamen.
My Lords are accordingly ready to give the requisite directions for paying the sum due for the passage of the Master and seamen, viz: One hundred and four pounds three shillings and four pence (£104.3.4) to the Colonial Agents General.
