Sir,
In terms of the Fourth Ordinance of the Legislature of this Colony, I have the honor to transmit herewith General Statement to 30th June last, showing the amount of the then debts, liabilities and engagements, and of the assets, property, credits and Securities belonging to the Corporation, such statement including an account of the amount of promissory Notes of the Corporation in circulation and of the establishment. The said statement being authenticated by the signature of the Chairman and Chief Manager of the Board of Directors, and the principal Accountant of the Bank in England.
