AGENT
Council is allowed to grant permits for the transportation of stores to applicants proved to be authorized on behalf of the Imperial Government and that the remission of the Prohibition & Export prohibition on victuals which may be used as food "appears to be expedient.
The Proclamation appears, generally, to be proper, and calculated as it is for the circumstances to allow & attain its object.
