I have selected a form application # which from the testimonials appear to be the best but had among the candidates been scheduled by the Agents, I think I would have been able to select the most fitting Candidate at once.
When the assistant master is appointed, I think all other applications should be sent back to the Agents & be disposed of. Many of the applicants ask for the return of their testimonials.
