I am directed by His Excellency the Acting Governor to inform you that the sum of £15 claimed by the Ford Commissioners of the Admiralty for the entertainment of the Bishop of Victoria on board H.M.S. Hesper in May and June last year has been paid into the Colonial Treasury by the Bishop, and that you are authorised to refund £10 to the Admiralty and place it to the credit of the Agents General of Crown Colonies.
