I have the honor to enclose a copy of a letter received from the Acting Colonial Secretary of Hong Kong, requesting the Agents General to pay to the Admiralty £15 for the Entertainment of the Bishop of Victoria on board H. M. S. "Hesper" in May & June 1862, and to request that you will favor me with the authority of His Grace the Bishop for making this payment.
