For oil of Roses we certainly sent the best of quality; but had it been wished that an inferior quality be supplied, it should have been specified in the order.

Commercial oil of Rose @ 18/- should have been supplied if it is required to have it on their list, as we do not keep it in stock, although we shall be willing to obtain it being specially demanded.

As a rule the society never keeps put-ups in smaller bottles as it is the Medical officer's duty to notify if that is required, and it will be punctually attended to.

As a matter of fact, the society always keeps the very best Drugs, and the preparations are made in accordance with the Pharmacopoeia. A comparison of price with a trade list cannot be fairly made, as you may see from the essential oils, which exhibit the good difference between oils of our own distillation and foreign oils of low standard.
