Sir,
Referring to your letter of the 15th September last transmitting copy of Despatch from the Governor of Hong Kong respecting the prices charged for certain Medicines forwarded by the Agents General to the Colony :
I have now the honour to forward for the information of Duke of Newcastle copy of a letter, and it's enclosure, addressed by Agents General to the Colonial Secretary, on the subject on the 16th instant.
