and stating also that the said Gentleman will deliver to me after the due formalities, the Archives of the Consulate; and the second- dated Macao near 10th April 1863 from Senor Morales, acquainting me of his departure for Peru and transferring charge of the Consulate General in accordance with the Supreme Government decision of Great Britain - I also request your Excellency will have the goodness to notify it to the proper local Authorities.
It is highly honorable to me to avail myself of this opportunity to express to Your Excellency the sentiments of high consideration and great respect with which I have the honor to subscribe myself,
