I have the honor to acknowledge receipt of your letter of this date, stating that you had observed in the public prints of this Colony a notice issued by order of the Postmaster General, on the subject of the Officers of the Company's Contract Packets between Hongkong and Shanghai refusing to receive letters for transmission.
