current expenses of the Emigration Agency in China for the month of August, and to enclose a Bill drawn by M. Sampson, Immigration Commissioners in favor of the Agents General for £431.5.0 in payment thereof, together with a Certificate of the rate of exchange.

I have to request your Grace to have the goodness to direct the Bill to be handed to the Agents General with instructions to place the amount when realized to the credit of this Government in account with them.
