Examining Board, Constituted under the ordinance was in

effect analogous to the Local Marine
Boards Established at home under the
Merchant Shipping Act. I

of ascertaining whether my informant
may not be in error as to the Board of
Trade ignoring
Certificates, or whether,
the matter being represented, the Board
would agree
to acknowledge the Hong Kong
certificates
as
those
of
the local Boards
