the possession part of the French Government of two sites, probably bought from the City, is to entail on the Government the expenditure of such a sum as £2,100, of public money.

I should wish to be furnished with full particulars of what appears to be an unexplained, to be an improvident contract on the part of the Colonial Government.

I have the honor to report an expenditure of £6,145 for Police Stations.

2. This expenditure was rendered necessary in consequence of the Floating stations having become so much decayed as to be unfit for further service.. I enclose for Your Grace's information the Report of the survey held upon them.
