This Estimate is prepared and brought forward in compliance with an order of His Excellency the Acting Governor to meet the increased expenditure consequent upon the extension of the service for providing the city with water, and provides for certain additions and alterations to the Dam, waste weir, Matchman's House at Pokefuolum.
