In my Despatch No 108 of 21st May last I applied to Your Grace for a Superintendent of Victoria Gaol, and I now beg Your Grace to sanction the appointment of a Similar Officer for the Superintendency of the New Gaol, Stone Cutters' Island, (Convict Hulk), to be Selected from the Staff of Experts attached to one of the Gaols at home
