Memo for the information of His Excellency The Acting Governor.

The plan of Cantonment forwarded by Major-General Brown is that originally proposed by Colonel Mann, Royal Engineer.

It includes the area at present occupied by the Police encampment.

The area between Lieutenant-Colonel Verciller Derbincon and Lieutenant Clovel.
