of repair,

signs of decay

opinion, merely the result of shrinkage
of
the wood work, - from a similar
cause some
small defects
in the
cornices
white ants
in some places,
are
observable in
the
wood;
also
correction of
these
may
best be executed
by some short time prisions to the return
of
His Excellency The Governor.
