With reference to my Despatch No.105 of 19th Instant acquainting your Grace with the death of Mr Scott, Governor of Victoria Gaol, I have now the honor to report that I have, as a temporary measure, appointed Mr Charles Buxall, Warden of the Gaol, to act as Superintendent
