The Attorney General receipt of Salary in Legal Adviser to the Superintendance of Trade which I should have imagined would have covered services of this description and I do not feel myself justified in passing a charge without further reference.
The case will be brought to the external notice of Sir Frederick Bruce by the first mail.

Perusing and considering some for the purpose of answering the rule to shew cause why a grandamus should not issue.
The rule not having been sent by you attending Registrar of Supreme Court, searching for but I could not find it. Attending and perusing affidavits on which it was issued and bespeaking copy. Paid Court fee for copy.
