I beg to refer for Your Grace's question on the right of the Attorney General and the Crown Solicitor of Hongkong, to receive Fees on criminal Prosecutions before the Supreme Court here when the Criminals are sent from Consular Courts in China or Japan, and another question on the right of the Attorney General to receive fees for professional advice given to a Department of Her Majesty.
