The report,
and
the various
comments should exhaust the subjects under consideration - and render it
easy to obtain, without further reference out here
(and loss
of
time thereby)
the
final
decision of H. M. Secretary
of
state to whom the whole should
be sent by the most official channel.
Any medical reports if required would naturally be attached to the original proceedings, and called for by
the board.
From past experience I think this
system (or one
like it, and
modified
according to circumstances) would be
found to be sound, economic and
decidedly progressive.
