not have a right to claim the land on "repayment of Imperial Government Expenditure" or "at the probable Market value of the property as valued by competent persons:
In case this Colony do not choose to
use
these
privileges (if extended to them), then the property
should be put into the Market, and sold to the best advantage, and the money credited to H. M. Government, to aid in covering other expenditure - past and future.
