14th. Whether periodical reports and returns are furnished to the Governor of the state of the Hospitals, and of the statistical details connected with them, including the cause of death and the number of post-mortem examinations.
An annual Report is sent to the Governor by the Colonial Surgeon, in which the state of the Hospitals under his charge and statistical details connected with them are fully set forth.
