If Newcastle, that, under the arrangement - proposed in the letter from this Office of the 30th July last, for the registration of letters between Hongkong and the Australian Blonies, the Government of Hong Kong will be at liberty to fix the amount of the Registration fee to be charged on letters Sent from Hongkong to Australia, the several Austration Colonies being at 1.
