Acting Governor that on
the first instant (October)
the nonal quarterly Survey of the Treasury Chest
took place after one oclock. P.M. in
one Oclock. P. M. in the presence
of myself - the Acting Colonial Secretary and
the Surveyor General when the specie and Bank
