I had the honor to address Your Grave on

the 28th ultime pointing out what I deemed to be two irregularities connected with the administration of offer in this colony!

One of these related to the fees of office connected with the functions of Registrar of the Supreme Cours and the other to the suppression of the Colonial Surge reports for the past three years.

Regarding the Registrars fus, I regret to

have to state that I was under a misapprehension wher I last addressed Your Grace, Istated that the
