I am directed by the Duke of heweastte to transmit to you from
the consideration of the Louds Commissioners of the Treasury, cope
of a correspondence wt has taken place between this Department, the Gook of Hongkong, and der W. Chapman, Postiumaster of that Colony, but who is at present in this country, having received six months leave of absence from Sir H. Robinson, on the ground of ill health.
