been upwards of Sen Years in the Sublic Service; "Two, under the Board of Public Works in Ireland, and upwards of Eight
Years in Hong Kong, the effects of which Climate have, through Paralization of his left side, reduced him to the painful necessity of seeking Retirement from the Public Service upon superannuation.
