Having advised his Excellency the Govenor in Excentive Council
on the 3 of December Instant that this Government brad thee
right in its discretion to comply with the application of this Creellency the Governor General Lnow for the rendition of Pastor charged with murder and kidnapping within the D'ommiens of the Emperor of China I have now the honor to report the procedings which I adefited for giving effect to his Excellency's directions to obtam the apfortension and detention of Pastor I prepared the Governors Warrant addressed to the Acting
superintendent of Police and to the Governor of the back for
the apprehention of Pastor dated the 29th November 121
