that Mr Rubery, 2nd Clerk and
accountant in the Colonial Treasury,
having resigned his appointment, I have nominated to the vacancy Mr F. H. Birch.
The Salary is £300 a year
on the fixed Establishment, and I solicit Your Grace's approval of the
appointment.
