The undersigned having

Howloon

carefully viewed the Anvloon Peninsula, are of opinion

that, in a

Sanitary point

of view, eligible sites for Military Barracks can be obtained there, beside the one already fixed upon by the Military Authorities,- The ridge to the west of the plain at present

used as a

Parade Ground,

and the high ground to

the eastward are

fully

such

as desirable for such a purpose.
