with a Southern aspect, where every house may face the prevailing winds for the whole Summer; and which gives many advantages to the Troops; supplies all their wants for Sanitary as for every other purpose; while it interferes not with the advantages sought for by the Civil Community in the acquisition of Kowloon, it being arranged that no building shall be erected in front of the Barracks within a distance of 500 feet or so as to impede the free Circulation of air.
